Our founder has a few words she'd like to share with you. Take it away, Jamie White!

      "I started this company as a leap of faith. The recipe for lotion bars had been in my family, and I was the biggest fan possible. I would find myself as a child getting my mother to make them so I could share with the world how awesome they were. And once someone tried them, they were amazed at how much they loved it!

         I was a young single mother, in college full time and working three jobs, running myself ragged and never getting to spend time with my child. I saw my daughter needing her mom and I couldn't stand what it was doing to her. So I quit. I quit my stable jobs and took a leap of faith. I started E•Van•gel. 

         I have a hand in making all of the bars, and the recipe that was in my family is still being used. We choose luxury natural ingredients to be only the most moisturizing. We use pure essential oils for our fragrances, and we have non scented for those, like me, who have scent sensitivities.
